E1 Studio 247Booking Platform Migration

From a Wix landing page to a fully owned booking pipeline.

E1 Studio 247 booked sessions through a Wix site with an external Calendly popup bolted on — functional, but disconnected from payment, equipment selection, and the studio's own admin visibility. Every booking meant manually reconciling calendar, payment, and gear requests by hand.

Challenge: Booking, payment, and scheduling lived in three disconnected tools
Construction: PHP/SQLite booking engine with live Calendly availability, an equipment and add-ons cart, and Stripe checkout, tied together by Stripe and Calendly webhooks
Outcome: One connected flow from package selection to confirmed, paid booking, with an admin dashboard replacing manual reconciliation

Empire RealtyIDX Listings Fix

From dead space on the page to listings that size themselves.

Empire Realty's community pages embedded MLS listings through a fixed-height iframe. Whenever the actual listing content was shorter than that fixed height — which was most of the time — the page left a block of empty space below it, on the homepage and across city pages like Cordova, Bartlett, Collierville, and Germantown.

Challenge: Fixed-height iframe embeds left dead space whenever listings were shorter than the box
Construction: Replaced iframes with IDX Broker's native JavaScript widget embed, with a CSS override to restore the intended multi-column grid layout
Outcome: Listings render at their natural height across the homepage and six city pages, with no leftover empty space

B&D Transportation ConsultantsDOT Compliance Training Platform

From paper certification tracking to a self-service training system.

DOT-mandated driver training — hazmat handling, drug and alcohol awareness, shipping papers and emergency response under 49 CFR §173, §178, and §180 — needs to be completed, tracked, and certified for every driver, with no gaps a compliance audit could catch.

Challenge: Nine required compliance courses, each needing controlled access and a defensible completion record
Construction: A gated course platform with sequenced units, a gradebook, and automatic certificate issuance on completion
Outcome: Drivers complete required training on their own schedule, with a certificate and completion record generated automatically
